Our EIK catalog for electrical installation trunking

Electrical installation trunking offers a practical and visually appealing installation. We added the COLOR steel device trunking product group to our range back at the end of the 1970s. Continuous expansion and the implementation of ideas and suggestions from users and planners have allowed this product group to grow into a complete range. Today, the standard range comprises 16 different dimensions made of steel, 4 profiles made of aluminum and the corresponding fittings, parapet cladding and other accessories

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

  • Quick mounting due to system perforation, i.e. no drilling of the channels and mounting on brackets is possible at any point
  • Extensive range of fixing brackets as standard (e.g. sill depths up to 490 mm, angle compensation for sloping walls up to 6°)
  • Ensure equipotential bonding simply by inserting the components (e.g. TPS separator, GSVA joint connector)
  • Device installation boxes with fastening in the cover contour ensure maximum space for cable routing and easy handling

Steel appliance trunking system

Living rooms, offices or workshops - the appliance trunking system allows individual cable routing to be implemented cleanly and safely. The 78 mm cover opening ensures that the 80 mm cover frames of the built-in appliances cover the cover opening all the way round.

For all appliance channels, we recommend the "appliance installation boxes for hanging in the cover contour of the appliance channel bases", which can be found in the accessories section of this chapter. The desk trunking is characterized by optimum use for cable routing in 90° corners and a modern design.

Aluminum appliance trunking system

Like the steel appliance trunking, the aluminum trunking also has a cover opening of 78 mm. The advantages of aluminum are its low weight, superior corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

Whether as a media or parapet trunking - with the Niedax device trunking systems made of aluminum or steel, you will always achieve a practical and visually appealing installation.

Slotted cable trunking system

The slotted cable trunkings developed and produced in-house are a must, especially for switch cabinet construction. Flexibility and user-friendliness are clearly in the foreground here. The ducts are fitted with double-sided adhesive tape on the underside to make it easier to fix them in place.

With the appropriate accessories such as the wire retaining bar or the notching pliers, you are ideally equipped and nothing stands in the way of proper cable laying.

The catalogs at a glance

Here you will find, among other things, all Niedax catalogs, brochures and flyers for download.

Steel energy columns

The energy columns are suitable for direct power supply at workstations in the center of the room. Their attractive appearance in the colors of your choice adapts perfectly to the individual architectural conditions. The floor pillar is supplied from below. An adapter plate is used to connect to flush floor trunking or junction boxes of common underfloor systems.

The floor/ceiling columns are suitable for a ceiling height of 2770 mm to 3070 mm and therefore adapt to the room height. Cables can be fed in from below and above. The simple installation of the columns, which have a cover opening of 78 mm like the appliance trunking, means that you can change the interior design of the room at any time.

Cable and industrial trunking system

The cable and industrial trunking system is primarily used in industrial areas and is used where increased protection against environmental influences is required. It complements our walkable cable tray system, for example, which is mainly used in the automotive industry.

The design of the industrial trunking allows cables to be routed to many end devices and consumers. The systematic, well thought-out perforation with large cable outlets in the base and on the sides means that cables can be routed out at any point in the trunking.
