Storage of user data, personally identifiable information

You usually do not need to name personal details in order to use our website. Your name, address or e-mail address are collected under the sole condition of your consent, via contact form while requiring your explicit approval. No such data will be provided to any third party without your explicit consent.

The following data will be stored in a protocol file at each access to our web- resp. application server:

  • status details (e.g. error messages)

These data are stored for statistical purposes.

We are not able to allocate IP-addresses by ourselves or through contractual assignment of third parties. That would only be possible via court order, e.g. by court decision ruling disclosure in a case of a criminal act by the owner of said IP-address against us. Nevertheless ID-addresses have recently been classified as personally identifiable information.

We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google. The Google Tag Manager is an auxiliary service and processes personal data itself only for technically necessary purposes. The Google Tag Manager takes care of loading other components, which in turn may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data.

Please note that American authorities, such as intelligence agencies, could potentially gain access to personal data that is inevitably exchanged with Google due to the Internet Protocol (TCP) when this service is integrated, due to American laws such as the Cloud Act.


Google Analytics, other cookies

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google Optimize

We use Google Optimize, a service provided by Google. Google Optimize analyzes the use of different variants of the website, so that we are able to adjust the user experience to fit the behavior of users, for example, by arranging different elements, designs and content.

Google Optimize is a tool embedded in Google Analytics and uses cookies. The incoming IP address is anonymized immediately after processing. In exceptional cases, the entire IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and encrypted there. The transmitted IP address is not merged with other data from Google.

Facebook Pixel, Facebook Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversion

Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to determine you as a visitor to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook ads"). Order data processing contract

For the processing of data where Facebook acts as an order data processor, we have concluded an order data processing contract with Facebook in which we oblige Facebook to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.


You can object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and use of your data to display Facebook ads. To adjust which types of ads are displayed to you within Facebook, you can visit the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions there regarding the settings for usage-based advertising.  The settings are done in a platform-independent manner, which means that they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices. You can further object to the use of cookies that are used for reach measurement and advertising purposes via the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative and additionally the US website or the European website

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the conversion tool "LinkedIn Insight Tag" from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the collection of, among other things, the following data: IP address, device and browser properties, and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but provides anonymized reports on website audience and ad performance. Use of videos (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo)

Privacy policy due to the use of a YouTube plugin

This website contains at least one plugin from YouTube, belonging to Google Inc, based in San Bruno/California, USA.

We use the YouTube function No-Cookies, i.e. we have activated Enhanced Privacy, videos are not accessed via, but via

At the moment when the playback of the embedded video is started, the Youtube uses cookies to collect information about user behavior.

The legal basis for our newsletter mailing and campaign mailing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, insofar as you have consented in the newsletter subscription.
