Systems made of glass fiber reinforced plastic - Niedax | Kleinhuis | Fintech

Our GRP catalog for cable support systems made of glass fibre reinforced plastic

Glass fiber reinforced plastic is ideal for use in extreme weather conditions or aggressive chemicals. Ebo has been part of the Niedax Group since 2010 and is one of the global market leaders in the field of GRP cable support systems.

Ebo Systems was founded in 1959 in Adliswil, Switzerland. In 1972, a new production facility was built in Villers-La-Montagne in France, near the Luxembourg border, which is still the main production site today. Following the takeover of the Ebo company, its branded products are now part of the Niedax product group.

Supporting structures

Compatible with the individual channel types, the various support structures are also available in several surface finishes. The product range extends from hot-dip galvanized steel, epoxy polyester resin-coated hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel to glass fibre reinforced plastic.

Different dimensions with corresponding hole patterns as well as various load-bearing capacities from light to very heavy versions allow a free hand for individual fastening to floors, walls and ceilings.

Cable tray system KK

The KK GRP cable tray system from Ebo made from pressed glass fiber mats impresses with its time-saving and screwless installation.

Thanks to the molded sleeve connection, the system components can be quickly and easily plugged together with a maximum fastening distance of up to 1.5 m. This sleeve connection is also self-regulating, which means that the expansion distance is always maintained.

Cable tray system KP

The KP GRP cable tray system from Ebo is made from pultruded glass fibers and offers maximum flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Thanks to a screwless clip connector, the system components can be connected quickly and easily with a maximum fastening distance of up to 4 m.

The clip connection is also self-regulating. The clip connection is also self-regulating, which means that the expansion distance is automatically maintained. The cover snaps into place and is positively connected to the base.

The catalogs at a glance

Here you will find, among other things, all Niedax catalogs, brochures and flyers for download.

UL cable ladder system

For laying large cable volumes and cross-sections, the use of GRP cable ladders is recommended, which meet the requirements of industry as well as power station and plant construction, even with fixing distances of up to 5 m.

The patented clamp fastening of the rungs fulfills the special requirement for a resilient, metal-free cable support system. This means that individual parts can be shipped for selected projects abroad. The cable ladder is then assembled on site.

Cable trunking system LFG

The halogen-free LFG cable trunking system is particularly suitable for use in extreme conditions. It is therefore primarily used in areas such as industrial plants, sewage treatment plants, stables, refineries, offshore platforms, PV systems, tunnel constructions, on building sites or in the food industry.

Thanks to its excellent properties with regard to large temperature fluctuations, weathering and mechanical resistance, it has a service life of decades.

Walkable floor trunking system BK/BKS

The walkable GRP cable tray system has been specially developed for outdoor use for quick and flush installation in the ground or in concrete. The 2.5 m long lower sections are installed by one person using screwless socket technology at the joints.

The trunking is equipped with fixing anchors for use in concrete. Steel chequer plate covers in various material thicknesses are available for extreme load requirements.

TUBE and MC handrail systems

GRP handrails make a significant contribution to self-rescue in industrial and tunnel facilities. Handrail systems specially designed for this area of application are available to meet the various requirements.

It is therefore possible to use the handrail as simple safety equipment in corridors and stairwells. Handrails with integrated, open or closed cable routing and optional safety lighting can be used in a wide variety of areas.
