Possibilities of MTCUP 100

The MTCUP 100 universal fixing plate was developed as a solution for all possible fixings on and in mesh cable trays. One product is therefore sufficient to cover numerous fastening requirements.
In short: the MTCUP 100 is quick, screwless and self-locking.

Mounted quickly

For all our mesh cable trays with a central longitudinal wire spacing in the side rail of ≥ 25 mm to each other or with bottom longitudinal wires of ≥ 50 mm, the MTCUP 100 can be pre-positioned simply by sliding it into place.
Its special geometry allows it to remain in its position when pushed into the mesh cable tray base.

A screwdriver then only needs to be used to flip over a fastening tab and the MTCUP 100 is firmly attached to the mesh cable tray.

Horizontal or vertical: flexible cable routing

The rectangular outlet in the MTCUP 100 universal mounting plate enables the installation of cable u-clamps.
This allows cables to be fastened to the mesh cable tray in an orderly manner in register routing, in both horizontal and vertical alignment of the mesh cable tray.
