Sleeve conduit from Fintech

Special features of sleeve conduits

Due to its very high pressure resistance and temperature resistance, the socket tube is ideal for use in extreme mechanical conditions and for permanently secure connections. Thanks to a range of different materials, we can offer the right product for every application.

The socket tubes are available in aluminum, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless steel and are particularly suitable for demanding applications where high corrosion resistance is required.

About the product

Highly resistant to corrosion

Aluminum products in particular are found wherever environmental conditions such as moisture, vapors, or gases are so extreme that other materials, such as steel, are not suitable. This is especially true in the paper and chemical industries, in sewage treatment plants and industrial facilities near the sea, in waste incineration, and in tunnels. In other words, anywhere where rust is not an option.

Installation instructions for sleeve conduits

  • The sleeve pipe, which is manufactured from a single piece, combines the advantages of quick installation with a stable connection at the joint. In addition, the notch effect that occurs in the threaded area of a threaded pipe does not occur with the sleeve pipe.
  • Sleeve pipes and the corresponding fittings can be easily and securely connected by pushing them together.
  • If the socket is removed when cutting a pipe to length, the joints can be reconnected professionally using the IESM plug-in socket.

Wall mounting

The IK clamp is recommended for wall mounting, while the IPA clamp (shown in the picture) is suitable for both wall and ceiling mounting. Both clamps can also be mounted on a NHP mounting rail using a NPB 06 angle nut.

The end grommets IEE and IEEK are available to protect the cables at the outlet or cable pull.
