Clamp mounting fastener
Mounting options with HSK and HSKS profile clamps
Profile clamps enable vertical or horizontal attachment to existing steel beams. By using them, the steel beam can be used as a load-bearing element to support suspension rods, cantilevers, or complete cable management systems on walls or ceilings—without having to erect additional support structures. This creates a flexible, easy-to-install, and economical solution for the horizontal installation of cable routing systems.
Fastening is carried out either with the HSK profile clamp in conjunction with the KUDK 5050 clamping head plate for horizontal installation, or with the HSKS profile clamp in combination with the KTTSS clamping bracket for vertical installation.
Clamp-on bracket mounting on steel beams vertical
The KTTSS clamp bracket allows an existing steel girder to be used as a mounting option. This means that a load-bearing element for the horizontal installation of cable support systems can be created without additional structures such as a suspension rod.
The selection of the HSKS profile clamp for fastening the KTTSS clamp bracket depends on the flange thickness of the steel girder. The correct HSKS design for each flange thickness is listed in in the assembly instructions and can also be found in our current KR catalog.
Hanging handle attachment to steel beam horizontally
The KUDK clamp head plate allows an existing steel girder to be used as a mounting option for suspending pendants. In conjunction with cantilevers, this creates a load-bearing element for the horizontal installation of cable management systems.
The selection of the HSK profile clamp for fastening the KUDK 5050 clamp head plate depends on the flange thickness of the steel girder. The correct HSK model for each flange thickness is listed in the assembly instructions and can also be found in our current KR catalog.
