This installation system enables fast, flexible and space-saving laying of individual cables above EI 30 / EI 90 (F 30 / F 90) suspended ceilings.
The cable installation systems SAS, 85 as well as B and BU with/without long trough LW of the so-called standard support construction can also be used in the MLAR installation system.
The screw distance clamps SAS and 85 as well as the cable U-clamps B and BU with or without long trough LW, galvanised or stainless steel, fulfil the criteria as a standard support construction according to DIN 4102 Part 12 for the circuit integrity maintenance classes E30 to E90 and can be used for horizontal cable laying on walls and ceilings as well as vertically.
When laying cables horizontally on walls with U-clamps and C-profile rails, suitable measures must be taken to prevent slipping.
For screw distance clamps SAS and 85 as well as for cable U-clamps B and BU the fastening spacing a is ≤ 300 mm, for U-clamps B or BU with long trough LW the fastening spacing a is ≤ 600 mm.
For fastening in the ground, use fastening elements M6 for screw distance clamps SAS and 85 and fastening elements ≥ M6 for C-profile rails of the U-clamp. The fastening spacing DA (dowel spacing) along a C-profile rail is ≤ 250 mm.
