With our stainless steel installation system RLVC ... E5 and the tunnel suspensions TAH ... E6 or TAH ... E7 we fulfil the high requirements for corrosion resistance of the ZTV-ING part 5 in German traffic tunnels. For this installation system for circuit integrity maintenance in E30 - E90 according to DIN 4102 Part 12, RLVC cable trays with an rail height of 60 mm in widths of 100 to 300 mm in stainless steel quality 1.4571 (E5) are used.
Ceiling mounting (The RLVC 60.100 E5 - RLVC 60.300 E5 as an example)
The connection of two lengths or one length and one fitting is made using the integrated connector and an additional 4 FLM 6X12 E5 mushroom-head bolts. Alternatively, in the case of cut cable trays, the connection can be made using two internal universal splice plates RVVF 50 E5 and the joint bar RSLB... E5.
With the fittings and the connectors (from), any hori - zontal and vertical change of direction can be realised on site. All changes of direction must be supported in the immediate vicinity of the joint (distance ≤ 150 mm) by an appropriate supporting structure.
In the case of horizontal routing with height offsets, the cable tray running at an angle must be fastened to the bracket KTAW... E6 /E7 using cable tray fasteners KLAF 6 E5. In doing so, the fastening plate of the KLAF 6 E5 can be adapted to any slope angle by bending it by hand. To protect the cables, the cable tray ends must be provided with edge protection plate RKB... E5.
For ceiling installations, TAH... E6 /E7 ceiling suspensions with suspension lengths of 200, 400 or 600 mm are avail - able in stainless steel qualities 1.4529 (E6) or 1.4547 (E7) for single or double-layer cable tray leads.
For wall mounting, the bracket KTAW 100 ... E6 /E7 to KTAW 350 E6 /E7 are used. The bracket length may be max. 50 mm greater than the cable tray width.
Wall mounting (The RLVC 60.100 E5 - RLVC 60.300 E5 as an example)
Cable trays with a rail height of 60 mm, in widths of 100 to 300 mm (RLVC 60.100 E5 - RLVC 60.300 E5) are used for ceiling and wall mounting. The cable trays are fixed to the brackets with 2 FLM 6X12 E5 mushroom-head bolts. The designs and instructions of the respective valid german classification report for electric cable systems with circuit integrity maintenance (abP) must be taken into account.
The joint connection is made using the integrated connector and an additional 4 FLM 6X12 E5 mushroom-head bolts.
Alternatively, in the case of cut cable trays, the connection can be made via two internal universal splice plates RVV 50 and a joint bar RSLB. The position of the joints is not tied to a specific position.
