This cable installation system for circuit integrity maintenance in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 12 offers a high load-bearing capacity, practical fastening spacing, simple installation thanks to integrated joint connections, fittings and other system-related accessories.
Due to the omission of the threaded rod at the tip of the extension arm, there is no longer any need to drill and insert the dowel required for this purpose, and the cables no longer have to be threaded along their entire length.

For the installation system KFO RLVC 60 in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 12 for the circuit integrity maintenance classes E30 to E90, cable trays with a rail height of 60 mm are used in the widths 100 to 400 mm.
Ceiling mounting (The RLVC 60.100 - RLVC 60.400 as an example)
The joint connection is made using the integrated connector and an additional 4 FLM 6X12 mushroom-head bolts. Alternatively, with cut cable trays, the connection can be made via two internal universal splice plates RVV 50 and a joint bar RSLB.The position of the joints is not tied to a specific position.
Any horizontal and/or vertical change of direction can be realised on site with the fittings and the connectors. All changes of direction must be supported in the immediate vicinity of the joints (distance ≤ 150 mm) by an appropriate supporting structure.
In the case of horizontal routing with height offsets, the inclined cable tray must be fastened to the bracket KTAS using cable tray fastening KLAF 6. The cable tray fastening KLAF 6 can be adapted to any incline angle by bending it by hand. To protect the cables, use edge protection plates RKB at the cable tray ends.
For ceiling mounting, the overhead hangers HU 5050 or HU 6040. or, for greater flexibility on site, corresponding U-profiles and top plates are available. When mounting the bracket KTAS on the overhead hangers or U-profile, the overhead hanger-distance profile HDS must generally be used.
Wall mounting (The RLVC 60.100 - RLVC 60.400 as an example)
Cable trays with a rail height of 60 mm, in widths of 100 to 400 mm (RLVC 60.100 - RLVC 60.400) are used for ceiling and wall mounting. The cable trays are fixed to the brackets with 2 FLM 6X12 mushroom-head bolts.
The designs and instructions of the respective valid german classification report for electric cable systems with circuit integrity maintenance (abP) must be taken into account.
The connection of two cable trays RLVC 60 is made via the integrated connector with 4 FLM 6X12 mushroom-head bolts as shown in the adjacent illustration.
